Dr. Abiodun Adeola, a Senior National Executive Director with Experior Financial Group, has built a network of more than 500 licensed financial professionals while mentoring emerging leaders in financial services and entrepreneurship.
Adeola has spent more than 14 years in financial services, working across financial planning, entrepreneurship and leadership development. His work serves families, professionals, business owners and high-net-worth individuals, while his leadership has expanded into developing other professionals within the industry.
His network of more than 500 licensed financial professionals is a significant part of that work. Adeola mentors agents and emerging leaders as they build businesses supported by training, systems and professional development.
For Adeola, professional growth is closely connected to leadership.
Rather than measuring success only through his own production, he focuses on developing people who can eventually lead others. That approach places mentorship at the centre of his business model and reflects the growing importance of financial knowledge and capability in helping people make informed financial decisions, according to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development’s financial education work.

His involvement with the Experior Black Legacy community extends that focus into leadership, representation, professional development and economic empowerment.
Adeola’s professional achievements include MVP recognition and Platinum Plus status within Experior Financial Group. He has also earned more than $1 million in income within a 12-month period and received recognition within the Nigerian-Canadian community for his leadership and contributions.
However, financial performance is only one part of the story.
Adeola places significant emphasis on financial literacy, entrepreneurship and mentorship. His approach is consistent with the World Bank’s work on financial capability, which recognises the importance of financial knowledge and skills in helping people make stronger financial decisions.
That focus is particularly relevant within communities where financial education can influence families across generations.
Adeola’s philosophy is captured in his statement: “We are not just building a business; we are building leaders, creating legacies, and changing lives.”
That idea also connects with ADP’s coverage of Black Canadian founders building businesses and making history. Across the diaspora, African and Black professionals are increasingly building businesses while creating pathways for others to follow.

Adeola, who is married to Dr. Abimbola Adeola and is a father of three, continues to develop his business with that longer view.
His story is ultimately about more than the size of a professional network or the financial results attached to his career. It is about the people being equipped to build after him.
For Adeola, that is where business becomes legacy.
