International Day of the African Child (June 16): A day honoring the rights, education, and future of African children while reflecting on the historic 1976 Soweto Uprising in South Africa.

World Refugee Day (June 20): A global observance recognizing the strength, resilience, and lived experiences of displaced communities and refugees across the world.
