When Olufikemi Aideloje first arrived in Canada, she carried with her more than just legal knowledge — she brought a powerful legacy of resilience, service, and community leadership. Today, as the Founder and Principal Lawyer at Fikemi’s Law Professional Corporation, Olufikemi stands as a beacon of Nigerian excellence in Canada, redefining what it means to practice law with compassion and integrity.

A Solid Foundation in Law and Human Rights
Olufikemi’s academic journey reflects her deep commitment to justice. She earned her LL.B in Law from Olabisi Onabanjo University (Nigeria) and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012 after completing her B.L. at the Nigerian Law School.
Her passion for global justice led her to pursue an LL.M in International Human Rights Law at Griffith College Dublin (Ireland), expanding her worldview and strengthening her advocacy for fairness and equality.
In 2020, Olufikemi achieved another milestone: being called to the Ontario Bar, joining the province’s diverse and dynamic legal community.
Building Fikemi’s Law: Advocacy Rooted in Integrity
In 2021, Olufikemi founded Fikemi’s Law Professional Corporation, a full-service legal firm with offices in Toronto and Hamilton, Ontario. The firm specializes in:

Leadership and Community Impact
Beyond her legal practice, Olufikemi is an active community leader and mentor. She currently serves her second term as Public Relations Officer of the Canadian Association of Nigerian Lawyers (CANL), where she promotes collaboration and visibility within the Nigerian legal diaspora in Canada.
Her community involvement includes volunteering with The 519, a Toronto-based organization advocating for inclusion and equity, and serving on the Board of 541 Eatery and Exchange, a social enterprise café in Hamilton focused on dignity and community engagement.
She also mentors youth as a Career Coach with HIEC, guiding Grade 9 and 10 students toward meaningful career paths. Additionally, she contributes to the Black Opportunity Network, supporting Black excellence and leadership in Canada.
