The MACN’s success led to its expansion to Ontario in 2022, rebranding as the Canada Africa Cup of Nations (CACN) to include a broader range of communities. Today, CACN is a non-profit organization that:
- Organizes annual soccer tournaments in Manitoba and Ontario
- Supports youth development programs
- Celebrates African and diverse cultures through soccer
CACN has grown into a significant event, bringing together over 2,000 young athletes and 10,000-15,000 spectators from 32 diverse communities.
