The Mission and Impact of YNOT Services

In the heart of Toronto, Youth Now On Track Services (YNOT) has been a pillar of empowerment and advocacy for Black youth and their families since its founding in 2006. With a steadfast commitment to addressing the challenges faced by marginalized communities, YNOT has built a comprehensive framework to uplift and support young people through education, mentorship, employability training, and life skills development.

Under the leadership of Pastor Francis Ubah, YNOT’s mission extends beyond conventional youth programs. The organization adopts a holistic approach to empowerment, recognizing that systemic barriers such as financial hardship, single-parent family dynamics, street violence, and immigration challenges require tailored and multi-dimensional solutions.

By fostering resilience, leadership, and self-sufficiency, YNOT provides critical support in areas such as mental health, academic success, and professional development, creating pathways for Black youth to achieve excellence and economic stability.
